1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom or personalized items may take up to 5–7 business days to dispatch.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

 

2. Delivery Timeline Domestic (India):

Delivery Time: 3–10 business days depending on the delivery zone.

Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499

International Shipping:

Available for selected countries. Rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery time: 10–35 business days (may vary by country).

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can also track your order from the “Track My Order” section on our website.

 

4. Delays & Issues

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, festivals, or courier disruptions.

If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at oorja@earthsave.in with your order ID.

 

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate. EarthSave is not responsible for:

- Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

- Lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
