Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

We value you and love it when you appreciate our creations. At EARTHSAVEBAGS, we ensure that every piece we create meets our high quality standards. However, in the unlikely event of any issue related to quality or incorrect merchandise received by you, we will be happy to exchange that merchandise or provide a choice of a different piece equivalent to or higher in value than the returned merchandise (by paying the differential amount if necessary). If the same merchandise is not available, we will issue a store credit valid for 3 months.

Your purchase is entitled to a return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect Product: An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  2. Quality Defect: The product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise for the reasons mentioned above, you may write to us within 48 hours at hello@earthsavebags.com with a picture of the merchandise and the reason for exchange. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.

Please note, we provide reverse pickup only for domestic orders and only for reasons related to quality defects or incorrect merchandise delivery.

Additionally, we do not provide exchanges or returns for products purchased on sale/discount, altered, or custom-made pieces.

Domestic Returns:

  • Please ensure to return the merchandise within 7 days from the date it was received by you, only for the reasons mentioned above, after prior intimation to us. Thereafter, we will not be able to accept the return merchandise.

  • The product must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers. Where provided, belts, brooches, or any other accessories must be returned with the products. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

  • Once the merchandise is received by us in its original condition, the quality control team at EARTHSAVEBAGS will assess the need for return or exchange. Based on their jurisdiction, the exchange or refund will be facilitated.

International Returns:

  • Regretfully, we do not provide merchandise exchanges for orders shipped internationally. However, in case of any quality issue or incorrect merchandise delivered to you, please write to us at hello@earthsavebags.com within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment along with a picture of the merchandise.

  • Once you receive a confirmation email from us, please dispatch the merchandise to us within 7 days. Please note, we do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of receiving the shipment. Ensure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a confirmation email from us.

  • Please note, we do not cover freight charges or bear any duty and taxes on the return shipment.

  • Ensure the product is returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, invoice, and other papers, and accessories, if any.

Refund:

  • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 20 business days after receiving the returned merchandise in good condition.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
