Who are we ?

We are young.
We are Eco-warriors.

It’s all in our name. We are a young startup MSME, working relentlessly to reduce the carbon footprint on our planet Earth by providing 100% Cotton cloth bags to replace
single use plastic

We are a team of 5 with over a 100 years of combined experience in Manufacturing and Marketing of Apparels. We have established four comprehensive end to end manufacturing facilities in Karnataka, India to create eco-friendly products for the world and help us all take another step towards sustainable earth, as we all know, we have only this ONE!

What we do best

We manufacture and design awesome cotton bags and masks. We create products that help the world go the eco-friendly way.

We also care about Empowerment

We have set up 4 state of the art, fully compliant manufacturing facilities across Karnataka, India. We source our raw materials ethically and have trained unskilled women in the art of cutting, printing and sewing, employing more than 500 such women from the weakest section of our society and empowering them to be self reliant. We are deeply committed to the cause of uplifting such marginalized women and giving them a place in mainstream society.

About The Company

We started operations in the year 2017, with our actual production commencing in Feb 2018 with 10 machines.

Today:

  1. We have 350 machines across 4 factories.
  2. A highly motivated team of 5, leading 600 members relentlessly to excel and make a difference.
  3. Manufacturing various kinds of masks and  bags for the best and biggest brands in the country, with our current capacity hitting 2.5 million per month.
  4. Executed our first export order

And as a matter of fact, we have just begun

Praveen Kumar

Planning and Production

25 years of experience in the production and manufacture of apparel of various national and international brands. Handled 1000 + machines factory. Completed Industrial Engineering from PES college of Engineering.

Praveen is an expert in Production planning, execution & manpower management, reengineering skills and has the ability to motivate, handle large workforce and demonstrate visionary leadership.

Prashanth Kamath

EARTH SAVIOUR
Sales and Marketing

21 years of Marketing Experience. Worked for 10 years in Gulf leading sales organizations. Established an India based organization specializing in Building Management Solutions. Holds an engineering degree in Electronics & Communication, MBA from Cambridge University.

Prashanth is a guru in Sales & Marketing, and an excellent communicator, with strong negotiation skills and vision.

Akhil Mehra

EARTH SAVIOUR
Finance

A CFA, chartered financial analyst, from ICFAI, 1st batch, with more than 25 years of experience in Retail and close to 20 years in Manufacturing of Suits and Jackets. Having worked for all major national and international brands.

Akhil has strong financial acumen and is an excellent complex problem solver. Effective decision making, planning and forecasting, communication, Presentation skills are his strengths.

Prasad Hegde

Business Analyst

The athletic Electronics and Communications Engineer is a great guy to know. His simplicity, his sincerity and dedication has made it all look so easy. With a formidable work experience on various platforms in large corporates , the last being Cisco has helped him bring so much to the table at Earthsave. 

Loads of data input, assimilation and analysis conducted by Prasad has helped the company to be completely hands on and current to the daily progress.

Technical Designer

A Masters in Automotive Engineering from University of Michigan (US), after his BE Mechanical from Bangalore Institute of Technology, gives this very tall and handsome young gentleman a very strong grip on the subject of Design and Research & Development, having worked for Ford Motor Company (US) as a lead design engineer. He has brought his experience into better product and process optimization at Earthsave.

Jaideep Solanki

Logistics

He is a young dynamic Commerce Graduate with a very strong desire to excel. He is handling our Inward and Outward bound logistics completely and successfully.
It is a rather demanding portfolio as it requires a lot of co-ordination and tons of patience to deal with loading staff, drivers, logistic partners, vendor warehouse team etc. Fortunately he has achieved this with a smile on his face.

Govindraju Thimmaiah

Production Coordinator

A hardworking, taskmaster with a solid 25 years of experience in various positions in the garment manufacturing industry is managing all our four manufacturing facilities efficiently.

He has worked his way up from being a helper, to a tailor, to a floor supervisor to a production manager to now a Production head for 4 factories. A very sincere, industrious resource to have on our team.

Pattern & Design

Having a strong experience of 25+ years in the garment industry. Particularly in pattern making.

He has been been instrumental in running the ESPL pattern and Design division with high efficiency. His knowledge of product designing and execution has enabled the company to make very interesting products, under the Earthsave Badge.

Kiran Kumar

Accounts & Admin

This young enterprising graduate in Business Management has a keen knowledge of current Accounting Practices with proficiency in Tally Accounting Software.

Maintaining of all books of accounts, daily invoicing, cash and bank, other statutory compliances are managed and kept up to date by Kiran and his team.
